Data Collected
This site does not collect or store personal data. The contact form sends the entered data (name, email, message) directly as an email to the owner via an email delivery service (AWS SES). No data is saved to any database or web server. The AI assistant “Padmin” on the pages, when you use it, processes the message you type and any image you upload to generate a reply; to limit abuse it stores an identifier derived from your IP address in pseudonymized form (a non-reversible hash, never the IP in clear).
Purpose of Processing
Since no data is collected on servers, there is no automated processing. The only processing occurs if the user voluntarily decides to send an email through their own email client. In that case, processing is limited to direct email correspondence between the user and the controller.
Legal Basis
Consent of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) — expressed through explicit consent in the contact form before submission. The processing of the pseudonymized identifier to limit abuse of the AI assistant is based on the controller's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Data Retention
The site does not store personal data on servers. Emails received via the contact form are stored in the owner's email inbox according to the email provider's retention policies. No additional copies or archives are made. The pseudonymized identifier used by the AI assistant for abuse-limiting is kept for at most 30 days, then deleted automatically.
Data Stored in the Browser
The site uses the browser's localStorage to save user preferences: visual theme, accessibility settings, 3D scene, and animation style. This data is exclusively functional, is never transmitted to external servers, and can be deleted at any time from the browser settings. No cookies of any kind are used.
Third-Party Services
The site does not use analytics services (Google Analytics or similar), does not include tracking scripts, and does not load resources from external CDNs. Fonts are self-hosted. External links in the footer (GitHub, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Amazon) lead to third-party sites subject to their respective privacy policies. The AI assistant sends your message and any images to OpenAI (USA) solely to generate the reply; the content is not used to train models.
Data Subject Rights
Under Articles 15-22 of the GDPR, the data subject has the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection. Since the site does not collect data, these rights apply exclusively to any emails voluntarily sent by the user.
